Lord Finesse Suing Mac Miller For 10 Million

Lord Finesse has filed a $10 million dollar lawsuit against Mac Miller, Dat Piff - the free mixtape distributor, and his label Rostrum Records over the use of his 1995 hit Hip 2 Da Game. Mac Miller used the sample for the track Kool Aid & Frozen Pizza on his 2010 mixtape K.I.D.S.. According to CNS, "the lawsuit alleges copyright infringement, unfair competition, unjust enrichment, interference, deceptive trade practices, and a number of related state law claims. Finesse also seeks a permanent injunction from the court." Mac Miller took to his twitter earlier today to explain his part in this. Screenshots after the jump.
