Road Sign Hacked in DC

So since I am Maryland right now, I get to see the local news. So while watching it last night I seen someone hacked into a road signed in D.C. headed into VA. It was a very dirty message so they couldn't show it. So I went searching for it and found it! Let's have a competition first person to guess what it says get's a cookie and the unedited version (that I don't have). So It clearly says
"FOOD TACO, MUDKIPZ! BEEF SACK"!
Right?
